During our call we'll talk about the 3 areas your struggling with most. You'll walk away with specific action items (yes, you're getting homework!) to start seeing progress on your goals.
This package does not include the personalized nutrient menu.
Custom Lifestyle Nutrient Menu
Custom Nutrient Menu, 2 one hour coaching calls $297
During our first call we'll have a heart to heart about your health goals, your struggles, and your priorities.
After our first call I'll create a sampling menu for each of the 8 lifestyle nutrients in PDF form. Menu items are completely unique to each person's specific goals and situation.
The 8 sampling menus contains anywhere from 10-50 items each. Try them on and see how they fit! The goal is to make small changes in your real life that create more fun, better health, and visible progress on your goals.
Use the second call to review your Nutrient Menu with me, or take a few weeks to implement the ideas and use your second call to refine your implementation plan and get super clear on your goals and priorities.
This is a completely unique way to make healthy eating feel like second nature - and have fun doing it!
Lifestyle Nutrient Menu & 3 Month Implementation Package
Custom Nutrient Menu, 6 One hour coaching calls over 3 months $599
The implementation package includes the personalized nutrient sampling menus.
You'll also receive 5 follow up calls after receiving your menu. There is a total of 6 calls in the implementation package. You'll be able to schedule calls when ever you'd like. I recommend checking in every two weeks.
