12 years ago I fell in love with cooking.

7 years later I cut out processed food and switched to old fashioned, real food cooking.

I made the switch because I had just moved in with my soon-to-be husband and all of a sudden, I had a family to think about.

But the switch to real food wasn't enough on it's own. I still felt sick and out of shape. I still felt tired and irritable.

Why hadn't removing processed foods and switching to a natural, whole food diet worked for me?

Because I was a smoker who sat in a desk chair all day and couldn't get to sleep at night. 

I believe in the integrative nature of life.

Picture each area of your life as a gear inside a clock. When one gear moves, all of the others move with it. They're connected.

Ideally, each area of your life affects each other area positively. Leaving you feeling happy, content, and fulfilled.

But they can also affect each other negatively, causing stress, irritability, and guilt.

It all matters.

We start in the kitchen, with food, because change happens from the inside out.

Food provides your body's energy and raw materials to repair itself.

If this area is out of wack, everything else becomes slower, harder, sluggish, and sometimes painful.

But healthy food alone will not make you happy or make your body healthy!

This is where lifestyle nutrients come in.

My superpower is helping you to look at the 8 key parts of your life and see the big picture - how each area affects each other now, and how they will affect each other 5 years from now.

I use my own experiences as well as all the best resources I've found to put together a custom, tangible road map that will guide you through small, incremental changes toward creating a life that fills you with joy and energy each day!

I am not a fan of suffering and sacrifice. I do not want you to put your nose to the grindstone and push through the pain to get to the other side.

Who is it for? Kitchen coaching is for anyone who is struggling to make real food cooking a part of their everyday life. You want to cook at home more often. You want to get rid of processed foods. You want to eat vibrant, healthy food that makes you feel alive and energized! You’re ready to make it happen, but something in your day to day life is making it stressful and time consuming. You need a road map customized for your real life and the life you want to create.

Who is it not for? Kitchen coaching is not for people who are seeking health advice related to a condition or disease. I cannot advice you on how to treat a condition. What I can do is help you integrate the advice you receive from your doctor into your day to day life. This also applies to special diets. For example, I cannot advise you to follow AIP but I can assist you in finding joy and abundance in a seemingly restrictive diet.

How does it work? When you book a session you’ll receive a questionnaire to tell me about your past eating habits, your health goals, your cooking style, your food preferences. I’ll read every word and begin to compile customized resources.

During our first call we'll talk about your life. I believe in the integrative nature of life. There is no part of your life that is not affected and linked to every other part of your life.
