In-Person Babywearing Support

Personalized • Evidence-Informed • Judgment-Free

Babywearing isn’t just a convenience—it’s one of the most biologically normal, developmentally supportive things we can do for our babies.

Humans have always carried their babies close. Long before strollers and swings, babies were held against a caregiver’s body—kept safe, warm, and regulated by the rhythm of a heartbeat and breath. That closeness isn’t a trend. It’s ancestral wisdom.

When you wear your baby, you’re doing so much more than keeping your hands free.

You’re:

  • Supporting nervous system regulation through coregulation (your calm helps their calm)

  • Encouraging healthy hip development with ergonomic positioning

  • Promoting bonding and secure attachment

  • Supporting digestion and reducing reflux for many babies

  • Helping your baby participate in the world from the safety of your body

And yes—maybe even getting a few things done.

You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone

There is so much to learn in early parenthood. Sleep. Feeding. Milestones. Car seats. Tummy time. The list truly never ends.

I remember having several consults with lactation consultants, and even hired a car seat expert to come double check my work. I consulted with sleep specialists, physical therapists, chiropractors.

But when it came to babywearing? I was left to scour videos and facebook groups for help.

I remember wishing there was someone who could come sit beside me, help me wrap my baby confidently, and make sure we were both positioned safely and comfortably.

Now, as a certified babywearing educator through Center for Babywearing Studies (CBWS), I’m honored to be that person for you!
