How to 'Supreme' a Grapefruit

1. Slice off the top & bottom.

2. Place the grapefruit cut side down. Cut the sides off an inch or so at a time.

3. When all the rind is removed, place the grapefruit on it's side. Cut in between the membranes of each section.
